About Ellen
Ellen Small is the founder and primary content creator at The Early Childhood Academy. She holds Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary/Early Childhood Education from Clarion University of Pennyslvania. She worked for several years at Tender Care Learning Centers, where she spent time with all ages of children. Prior to The Early Childhood Academy, Ellen worked for another early childhood training company. Ellen also is the Director of Web Sales and Events at Your Center Success, which offers resources, coaching, and tips for child care directors and owners.
