Class Description: Puppets have the uncanny ability to help children understand their world through a variety of interactions. They are appropriate in every area of the curriculum. Discover how to integrate puppet play into your preschool classroom while maintaining a designated puppet theater area. This class provides ideas for free and inexpensive puppets, props, and stages.

Objectives:
As a result of this class, participants will be able to:
- recognize the physical, cognitive, verbal, social, and emotional advantages of puppet play
- identify the advantages of integrating puppet play into the entire curriculum
